These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") cover your use of the LiveFire website, the LiveFire app, and everything that comes with them (the "Service"). The Service is run by LiveFire, LLC ("LiveFire", "we", "us" or "our").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the Service. It's your responsibility to know and follow the federal, state, and local laws that apply to you, including laws on owning, carrying, transporting, and using firearms and ammunition.

2. Firearms Safety and Assumption of Risk

Firearms are dangerous. The drills, courses, and other training content on LiveFire are for information only. They don't replace hands-on instruction from a qualified instructor.

You are responsible for handling firearms safely, following every safety rule and range rule, and making sure your firearm is unloaded and there's no ammunition in the room before dry fire practice. You accept all risk of injury, death, or property damage that comes from using firearms or taking part in any drill, challenge, course, or event, including ones you found through LiveFire.

3. Your Account

Some features require an account. Keep your account information accurate and your password private, and let us know right away if you think someone else is using your account. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid plans. Premium features require a paid subscription. Prices and features are shown when you buy and may change later.

  • Renewal. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing is handled by that store and you'll need to cancel through your store account.

  • Lifetime subscriptions. A Lifetime subscription gives you premium access for as long as LiveFire offers the Service. "Lifetime" refers to the life of the Service, not the life of the purchaser.

  • Gift subscriptions. Gift purchases can't be refunded once the gift code has been delivered. Gift codes have no cash value.

  • Refunds. Payments are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow that store's refund policy.

5. Changes to the Service

We're always working on LiveFire, so features, content, and plans will change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time, with or without notice, and this applies to all subscription types, including Lifetime. We'll try to give reasonable notice before major changes. We aren't liable for these changes and don't owe a refund or credit for them unless the law requires it.

6. Suspending or Closing Accounts

We can suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you've broken these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we need to protect the Service, LiveFire, or other users. You can stop using the Service and close your account whenever you like.

Once your access ends, you can no longer use the Service. Parts of these Terms that are meant to last beyond that will still apply, including the sections on safety, your content, disclaimers, limits on liability, indemnification, and governing law.

7. Rules for Using LiveFire

Don't use the Service to:

  • Break the law or encourage unsafe gun handling

  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone

  • Post anything illegal, defamatory, obscene, or hateful, or anything you don't have the rights to

  • Copy, resell, or share our paid content without written permission

  • Hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service, or access it with bots

8. Your Content

Videos, scores, photos, and comments you post on LiveFire ("your content") are still yours. By posting them, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, copy, edit, display, and share your content to run and promote the Service.

Only post content you have the right to share. We can remove any content at any time, for any reason. We aren't responsible for content other users post.

9. Events

Users can host and join events, matches, and challenges on LiveFire. Unless an event says LiveFire is the organizer, it's run by someone else, and we aren't responsible for how it's run, how safe it is, or how it turns out. You take part at your own risk.

10. Our Content and Trademarks

Everything on the Service other than your content, including our videos, drills, text, graphics, logos, and software, belongs to LiveFire or the people we license it from. We give you a personal, non-transferable license, which we can revoke, to use the Service for your own non-commercial use under these Terms.

11. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT IT WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR FOR ANY PARTICULAR LENGTH OF TIME.

12. Limits on Our Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, LIVEFIRE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR $100.

13. Indemnification

If someone brings a claim against LiveFire because of how you used the Service, your content, your use of firearms, or your breaking these Terms or the law, you agree to cover our losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, and to defend LiveFire and its owners, employees, and agents against that claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Oklahoma law, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Service must be brought in the state or federal courts of Oklahoma, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

15. Other Services and App Stores

The Service may link to or work with websites and services we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or how they operate. If you got the LiveFire app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's terms apply to you too, and the store isn't responsible for supporting the app.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

17. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last Updated" date at the top. For major changes, we'll try to let you know by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after an update takes effect, you accept the new Terms.

18. Everything Else

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and LiveFire about the Service. If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a provision right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later. You can't transfer these Terms to someone else without our permission. We can transfer them, for example if LiveFire is sold or merges with another company.
